Description:
The exit guides type DLU-R2 are static guides with blades that improve the stability of the product while exiting the cylinders. The blades are made of steel or cast iron, according to the customer’s request and to the type of product. They are cooled through special water connections. Thanks to its shape, our equipment provides the quick release that allows the removal of the blades without disassembling the body. On the way out of the blades there are two rollers assembled on a tilting support with eccentric pins, with the aim of avoiding the sliding of the material, preventing scratches on the product. All the rollers undergo a heat treatment that improves their resistance to shocks and their durability over time.
