Description:
The two rollers guides type CRE have been designed in two halves with the possibility to replace the central thickness in order to include different types of products, flats and profiles. The guides are entirely made of steel, which subsequently, in case of request, can be treated in order to get special anti-oxidation characteristics. A strong point of this type of guide is the better stability of the product compared to a normal roller guide, mantaining though a lesser overall-dimension. The rollers are individually adjusted through eccentric pins. All the guides are equipped with special connections for the lubrication and for the cooling of the rollers. All the rollers undergo a heat treatment that improves their resistance to shocks and their durability over time.

type CREM 440

Description:
The two rollers guides type CREM 440 have been designed for big sections. They are made of a special steel suitable for the most critical and exacting conditions and they have long-life under extreme conditions of impact, vibration, heat and corrosion. The body of the guide is composed of two shaped-blocks and of a central core, that are fastened together with tie rods. The bearings of the guides are lubricated with grease or air-oil and cooling water is sprayed on the rollers and on the static blade. The guide is equipped with a centralized movement of the 2 rollers that improves their precision and their speed of adjustment. All the rollers undergo a heat treatment that improves their resistance to shocks and their durability over time.
