Description:
The twister roller exit guides type CTR are made of a special steel, suitable for the most critical and exacting conditions and they have long-life under extreme conditions of impact, vibration and heat thanks to a treatment done both on the roller holder body and on the pipe, preventing the formation of oxide. The bearings of the guides are lubricated with air-oil or grease and cooling water is sprayed on the rollers through special connections. Our guides are equipped with a graduated ring that allows the adjustment from grade to grade. All the rollers undergo a heat treatment that improves their resistance to shocks and their durability over time.
