The guides type CRE 45/B have been designed to include different types of products, flats and profiles. The guides are entirely made of steel, which subsequently, in case of request, can be treated in order to get special anti-oxidation characteristics. A strong point of these guides is the better stability of the product compared to a normal roller guide. All of the guides are characterized by the centralized movement of the roller holder body which allows the most rapid and precise adjustment of the guide. In addition, because of the eccentric pin, the back horizontal roller can adjust its own height to better sustain the material once it has entered the cylinders and it also minimizes the contact. The guides are equipped with special connections for the lubrication and for the cooling of the rollers. If requested, the guides can be provided with a back funnel that expands the convoy surface of the material. All of the rollers undergo a heat treatment that improves their resistance to shocks and their durability over time.
