Special antioxidant treatment

Description:

CRFE guides have been designed to include different types of products, plates and profiles. The guides are entirely made of steel, which subsequently, in case of request, can be treated in order to have special anti-oxidant characteristics. A strong point of this type of guide is the greater stability of the product compared to a normal static guide. All the guides are equipped with special connections for the lubrication and cooling of the rollers. All the rollers undergo a heat treatment that improves their resistance to shock and their durability over time. The blades are adjusted through tie rods and there’s the possibility to insert thicknesses between the body and the blade in order to manage a wider range of products.
